Goltl Garage Gym Payment & Cancellation Policy

At Goltl Garage Gym, we value your safety, time, and commitment to your health and fitness journey. To ensure a smooth and consistent experience for all clients, we require a signed liability waiver and acknowledgment of our payment policy on file. Please review the policies outlined below:

Liability Waiver

All participants of any Goltl Garage Gym LLC activities must have a signed waiver on file.

Session Payments:

  • 1 session/week or drop-ins: Pay at the time of the session

  • 2+ sessions/week: Pay weekly

  • Recurring sessions: Pay monthly at the beginning of the month

  • Payment Methods: Zelle, cash, or Venmo are accepted.

  • Nonpayment Policy: If payment is overdue by more than two weeks, your account may be paused and future sessions canceled.

24-Hour Notice:

  • All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Late cancellations will result in the full session rate being charged.

Late & No-Show Fee:

  • ​​No-Show: If you miss a session without notice, you'll be charged the full session rate. After 15 minutes without a call or text, the appointment will be canceled and considered a No-Show.

  • Late Arrival: If you arrive late but notify us, your session will be shortened to fit the remaining time.

Emergencies:

  • We understand that emergencies happen. We offer flexibility in such cases at our discretion — we're pretty chill, just don’t take advantage of it.

Trainer Cancellations & Vacations:

  • If your trainer needs to cancel, you’ll receive a complimentary session.

  • Vacation time will be communicated at least one week in advance, and we’ll work with you to reschedule affected sessions.
