At Goltl Garage Gym, we specialize in helping everyday people create better versions of themselves through building and improving their cardiorespiratory, endurance, strength & mobility fitness to aid in a healthier more fulfilling life. Our unique approach to fitness combines science and fun to create a workout program that is both effective and enjoyable. In 2015, I barely made it through my first Spartan Race — and it was a wake-up call. I knew something had to change.
I started training in my garage with just a pair of adjustable dumbbells and two kettlebells. What began as a personal challenge evolved into something much bigger: that small garage became a space of strength, discipline, and transformation — not just for me, but for the clients I now train there.
As I gained strength and confidence, I felt called to help others do the same. In 2022, I earned my certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and committed to guiding people through sustainable, no-fluff fitness.
I’m a 50+ husband and father of two young adults. I understand what it means to face the realities of aging — but I believe we can age strengthfully. My mission is to help you build lasting strength, without shortcuts or gimmicks, and with a clear, honest approach that meets you where you are.

Mobile Gym Training
Just step outside your door for a comprehensive training session with Coach Dave. The mobile gym is a full size truck equipped with all of the necessary gym equipment for a total body workout. 1 week advanced booking.
$150.00 per client session + $50.00 for additional guests (4 total guests)

Play in the Park isn’t just a workout — it’s recess for grown-ups.
We train hard, laugh loud, and build real strength in the fresh air. Every session hits upper body, lower body, core, and cardio so you walk away knowing you didn’t skip anything… except excuses.
And here’s the best part — it’s built for every body.
Beginner? I’ve got you.
Seasoned lifter? I’ve got you too.
We scale it up, scale it down, and make sure you’re challenged in all the good ways.
$15.00 per session for 3G clients
$20.00 per session for Drop Ins

DOWNWARD DOGS & DEADLIFTS
We start grounded. We get gritty. We finish centered.
15 minutes of intentional yoga to open the body.
30 minutes of high-intensity dumbbell work to build strength.
15 minutes to breathe, stretch, and reset.
Mobility meets muscle. Calm meets chaos. Flexibility meets force.
Come for the flow. Stay for the gains.

Temples in Training is more than a workout.
It’s fellowship. It’s movement. It’s stewardship.
Inspired by 1 Corinthians 6:19–20, we gather to care for our bodies with intention and gratitude.
This class meets you where you are and helps you grow stronger — physically, mentally, and spiritually.
Stronger together. Stronger for longer.
This class happens at 11:00am, the first Sunday of every month at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church in Garland TX. FREE TO JOIN

The 3G Saturday Night Social Strength Club is for adults who:
